Open the InDesign document
Go to File
Select Package
Review the Package dialog
Check for missing fonts and links
Click Package
Choose a location to save the package folder
Enter a folder name
Include fonts, links, and document copy
Save the package
Review the preflight report
Open the packaged folder
Verify the Links, Document Fonts, and Instructions files
Send the entire package folder to the printer or collaborator
