How to Paint Calipers?

Gather high-temperature brake caliper paint, brake cleaner, jack, jack stands, lug wrench, wire brush, masking tape, plastic sheeting, gloves, and safety glasses

Park on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and chock the wheels

Loosen the lug nuts slightly before lifting the vehicle

Jack up the vehicle and secure it with jack stands

Remove the wheels

Clean the calipers thoroughly with brake cleaner

Scrub off dirt, grease, and loose rust with a wire brush

Mask off surrounding parts, including rotors, pads, brake lines, and suspension components

Remove any remaining dust or debris from the caliper surface

Apply paint according to the product instructions in thin, even coats

Allow each coat to dry before applying the next

Apply additional coats until full coverage is achieved

Let the paint cure for the recommended time

Remove masking materials carefully

Reinstall the wheels and tighten the lug nuts

Lower the vehicle and torque the lug nuts to specification

Check that the brakes operate normally before driving
