Start with a light vertical guideline
Mark the top center point
Draw two equal circles side by side below the top point
Make the circles touch at the center
Draw a V shape from the bottom of the circles to form the point
Connect the outer top edges of the circles to the top center point
Smooth the left side curve from the top to the bottom point
Smooth the right side curve from the top to the bottom point
Erase the guideline and extra construction lines
Refine the outline until both sides match
Darken the final heart shape
Add color if desired
