Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, or computer
Open the Bose Music app if your earbuds require it
Put the earbuds in pairing mode by opening the charging case or pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on the case until the status light blinks
If needed, press and hold the button on the earbuds or case until you hear a pairing prompt
On your device, open Bluetooth settings
Select your Bose earbuds from the list of available devices
Confirm pairing if prompted
Wait for the connection to complete
If they do not appear, turn Bluetooth off and on again
If they were previously paired, remove them from the Bluetooth list and pair again
Keep the earbuds close to your device during pairing
