Shuffle a standard 52-card deck
Deal all cards evenly to all players
Keep your cards face down
On your turn, flip the top card from your pile into the center
Say the card’s rank as you play it
If the card matches the rank of the previous card, race to slap the pile
The first player to slap the pile wins the center cards
Add the won cards to the bottom of your pile
If you slap when there is no match, you may lose cards or be penalized by house rules
Keep playing until one player has all the cards or the group ends the game
Use any agreed house rules for special cards, penalties, or timing
