Install a VR video player on the Mac that supports local files and 360/3D playback
Connect the Mac and the 4X4R to the same Wi-Fi network
Enable file sharing on the Mac if you want to stream from a shared folder
Copy the VR video files to the Mac or keep them in a shared folder
Open the VR player on the 4X4R
Choose the local file browser or network/shared folder option in the player
Select the Mac shared folder or the copied video file
Start playback and switch to the correct VR mode if needed
Use the player settings to choose 180/360, side-by-side, or over-under format
Adjust the view mode to match the video format
If streaming is unstable, transfer the file directly to the 4X4R storage first
Make sure the video codec and resolution are supported by the 4X4R player
Use a USB cable or SD card transfer if wireless playback is not available
Keep the Mac awake during streaming
Close other heavy apps on the Mac to avoid playback lag
