Use a clean glass or pitcher
Add 1 to 2 liters of filtered water
Slice 1 lemon and add it to the water
Add 5 to 8 cucumber slices
Add 4 to 6 mint leaves
Add 3 to 5 thin ginger slices
Add a few apple slices if desired
Stir gently
Refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours
Drink throughout the day
Refill with water once or twice before replacing ingredients
