How to Prepare Miso Soup?

Gather dashi stock, miso paste, tofu, wakame, and green onions

Heat the dashi stock gently until hot, but do not boil

Soak dried wakame in water until rehydrated, then drain

Cut tofu into small cubes

Place miso paste in a small bowl

Add a little hot dashi to the miso and dissolve it smoothly

Add the tofu and wakame to the pot

Turn off the heat or keep it very low

Stir in the dissolved miso

Add sliced green onions

Serve immediately
