Wrap the cilantro loosely in a slightly damp paper towel
Place the wrapped cilantro in a resealable bag or airtight container
Store it in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Change the paper towel if it becomes wet or slimy
For longer storage, place stems in a jar with a little water and cover loosely with a plastic bag
Refrigerate the jar and change the water every few days
Freeze chopped cilantro in ice cube trays with water or oil
Store frozen cilantro cubes in a freezer-safe bag
Dry cilantro thoroughly and hang or use a dehydrator for drying
Keep dried cilantro in an airtight container away from heat and light
