Manage diabetes and other metabolic conditions
Consider aspirin or other preventive medications only if recommended by a clinician based on your risk and bleeding potential
Avoid unnecessary long-term use of hormone therapy; discuss risks with a clinician
Stay up to date with preventive care and follow-up after abnormal test results
