Select the correct label size and template
Enter the text or design for each label
Load the label sheets into the printer tray
Set the printer to the correct paper type and orientation
Run a test print on plain paper if needed
Print the labels
Check alignment and print quality
Adjust the template or printer settings if necessary
Reprint on new label sheets if needed
