Locate the “Learn” or “Program” button on the garage door opener motor unit
Press and release the “Learn” button
Within 30 seconds, press and hold the button on the remote you want to program
Release the remote button when the opener light flashes or you hear a click
Test the remote to confirm the door opens and closes
Repeat the steps for additional remotes if needed
To program a keypad, press the opener’s “Learn” button, then enter your PIN on the keypad and press the enter button
To program a vehicle’s built-in HomeLink system, follow the HomeLink programming steps, then press the opener’s “Learn” button and return to the vehicle to complete pairing
If programming fails, replace the remote battery and repeat the steps
If needed, erase all programmed remotes by holding the “Learn” button until the indicator light turns off, then reprogram each device
