Turn on the TV and the Fios set-top box
Press and hold the OK and FiOS TV buttons together until the red LED blinks twice
Enter the 3-digit TV code for your TV brand
Press the Power button to test the remote
If the TV turns off, press OK to save the code
If the TV does not respond, repeat with another TV code
To use auto-programming, press and hold OK and FiOS TV until the red LED blinks twice
Press CH+ repeatedly until the TV turns off
Press OK to save the code
Test the Volume and Power buttons
If needed, repeat the process for other devices such as an audio receiver or soundbar
