Hold the yarn in front of the work
Insert the right needle from right to left into the front of the next stitch on the left needle
Wrap the yarn counterclockwise around the right needle
Pull the wrapped yarn through the stitch
Slip the old stitch off the left needle
Repeat for each stitch in the row
