Choose Gallery or Photos
Select the GIF
Send it
To convert a video into a GIF in WhatsApp
Open the chat
Tap the attachment icon
Choose Gallery or Photos
Select a short video
Trim it to 6 seconds or less
Tap the GIF option if available
Tap Send
