How to Put in Front Log Base?

Use the change-of-base formula: (log_b(x)=dfrac{log(x)}{log(b)})

Write the front coefficient as the reciprocal of the logarithm’s base if needed

Move the coefficient in front of the logarithm by multiplying it with the log expression

If the coefficient is inside an exponent, bring it out using the power rule: (alog_b(x)=log_b(x^a))

If the coefficient is outside and you want it in front of a log base expression, rewrite it using the change-of-base formula first

Keep the base and argument clear before rearranging

Apply logarithm rules only when the expression matches a valid log property
