Wash and dry your hands and the cage
Make sure the device is the correct size and fully assembled
Trim or shave pubic hair if needed to reduce pulling
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the ring and contact points
Place the base ring behind the testicles and around the penis
Guide the penis into the tube or cage section
Align the locking parts and close the device
Insert and secure the lock or pin as designed
Check that skin is not pinched and circulation is normal
Test movement gently to confirm a comfortable fit
Remove the device immediately if there is pain, numbness, swelling, or discoloration
