Hold the charm with the front facing outward
Find the hole on the Croc charm
Align the charm with one of the shoe holes
Push the charm stem through the hole from the outside
Press until it snaps into place
Check that the charm is secure
To remove, push the charm from the inside of the shoe until it pops out
