Sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page
Find your Xbox Live subscription
Select Manage
Choose Cancel subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
Check the subscription status to make sure it is canceled
Remove any recurring payment methods if needed
Contact Microsoft Support if you cannot cancel online
