Sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to the Services & subscriptions page
Find the Xbox membership you want to cancel
Select Manage
Choose Cancel subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
Review any refund or billing details if shown
Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
