Open the printer’s maintenance or setup menu
Select Print Head Alignment or Head Alignment
Print the alignment sheet
Check the printed patterns for the most even, straight, and gap-free lines
Choose the pattern number that looks best for each row
Enter the selected numbers on the printer or in the Epson utility
If using automatic alignment, follow the on-screen prompts until the process finishes
If using manual alignment, compare each group of lines carefully and pick the clearest pattern
Repeat the alignment if the print quality does not improve
