Unplug the Comcast router’s power cord from the outlet or the back of the device
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the power cord back in
Wait for the router to fully restart and reconnect
Check the internet connection on your device
If needed, press and hold the router’s power button to turn it off, then turn it back on
If the router has a reset button, do not use it unless you want to restore factory settings
