Press and hold the Power button on the TV or remote until the TV turns off and back on
Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Wait at least 60 seconds
Plug the TV back in
Turn the TV on using the remote or power button
If needed, perform a soft reset by holding the Power button on the remote for about 5 seconds
If the TV is frozen, unplug it, wait, then reconnect power and restart it
