Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart or Reboot if it appears
If no restart option appears, tap Power off
Wait a few seconds
Press and hold the Power button again
Release it when the phone turns on
If the phone is frozen, press and hold Power and Volume Down together for 10 to 20 seconds
If that does not work, connect the phone to a charger and try again
