Open Gmail
Click the gear icon
Select See all settings
Under General, find Undo Send
Set the cancellation period to your preferred time
Scroll down and click Save Changes
After sending an email, click Undo in the bottom-left corner before the time expires
If the Undo option is gone, the email cannot be recalled
To prevent future mistakes, enable a longer Undo Send cancellation period
