How To Recall Email – Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to the Sent Items folder

Double-click the email you want to recall

Select File

Select Info

Click Message Resend and Recall

Click Recall This Message

Choose Delete unread copies of this message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

Select Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient if needed

Click OK

If replacing the message, edit and resend the email

Recall works only if the recipient uses Outlook in the same Microsoft 365 or Exchange environment and has not read the message
