Replace the remote batteries
Power cycle the Roku device
Unplug the Roku device for 10 seconds
Plug the Roku device back in
Wait for the Roku home screen to load
Open the battery compartment on the remote
Press and hold the pairing button for 3 to 5 seconds
Wait for the pairing light to flash
Release the pairing button
Wait for the remote to reconnect
If needed, move closer to the Roku device
If needed, repeat the pairing process
If needed, restart the Roku device again
If needed, reset the remote by removing the batteries and pairing again
