Open Zoom and sign in
Start or join the meeting
Click Record in the meeting controls
Choose one:
Record on this Computer
Record to the Cloud (if available)
If prompted, allow Zoom permissions for microphone/camera/screen recording as required
Verify recording status in the recording indicator
Continue the meeting
Click Stop Recording when finished
Select Stop Recording to confirm
Wait for the processing/upload to complete (for cloud recordings)
Access the recording:
On this Computer: check the Zoom folder on your device (commonly Documents/Zoom)
To the Cloud: go to Zoom web portal or Zoom app recordings section
