Select the screen, window, or area you want to record
Turn on microphone audio if you want to record your voice
Turn on system audio if you want to record computer sound
Check your audio input and output settings
Start the screen recording
Perform the actions you want to capture
Stop the recording when finished
Save the recording file
Play it back to confirm both video and audio were recorded
