Click anywhere inside the pivot table
Go to the PivotTable Analyze or Options tab
Select Refresh
Right-click the pivot table and choose Refresh
Use Refresh All to update all pivot tables in the workbook
Press Alt + F5 to refresh the selected pivot table
Press Ctrl + Alt + F5 to refresh all data connections and pivot tables
If needed, update the source data range first
If the pivot table uses a table as its source, add new data to the table and refresh
If the pivot table does not update correctly, check the source data and field settings
