Enter your data in two columns: categories and counts
Sort the counts from largest to smallest
Select the data range
Go to Insert
Choose Insert Statistic Chart
Select Pareto
If Pareto is not available, create a column chart
Add a cumulative percentage column
Calculate cumulative totals
Calculate cumulative percentages
Insert a combo chart
Set counts as columns
Set cumulative percentage as a line on the secondary axis
Format the secondary axis to 0% to 100%
Add chart title and labels
Review the chart for descending order and cumulative line accuracy
