Open Gmail on your computer or mobile device
Use the search bar to find the archived email
Search by sender, subject, keyword, or date
Open the archived email
Click or tap the Move to Inbox option
On desktop, select the email and click the Move to Inbox button
On mobile, open the email and tap the three-dot menu
Choose Move to Inbox
Check the All Mail folder if you cannot find the email
Use search filters to narrow down results
Restore multiple archived emails by selecting them and moving them to the inbox
Verify the email appears in your Inbox after restoring it
