Open Gmail and sign in to your account
In the search bar, type `in:all` or use specific keywords, sender names, dates, or subjects
To find archived mail only, search `-in:inbox`
Open the email you want to recover
Click the Move to icon at the top
Select Inbox
To move multiple archived emails, check the boxes next to them
Click the Move to icon
Select Inbox
If using the Gmail app, open the archived email
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Move to Inbox
To restore archived emails from search results, select the emails
Click or tap Move to Inbox
Verify the emails appear in your Inbox folder
If needed, use Gmail search filters to narrow down archived messages by label, sender, or date
