Check your Facebook Activity Log
Open Facebook and go to your profile
Tap the three dots or menu
Select Activity Log
Look for the deleted post if it was archived or hidden
Check the Trash or Recycle Bin in Facebook
Go to Settings and privacy
Open Activity Log
Find Recently Deleted or Trash
Restore the post if it is still available
Restore from Facebook Archive
Open your profile settings
Check Archive
Move the post back to your profile if it was archived
Download your Facebook data
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Your Facebook information
Tap Download your information
Check if the post appears in the downloaded archive
Check linked devices or browser cache
Open Facebook on another device
Review saved browser history or cached pages
Recover the post content manually if needed
Ask Facebook support
Go to Help and support
Report a problem
Request review if the post was removed by mistake
Check if the post was shared elsewhere
Look at your timeline, groups, or pages
Search for reposts or screenshots
Copy the content from another copy if available
Restore from backup
Check notes, drafts, screenshots, or cloud backups
Recreate the post if no recovery option is available
