Enter your Gmail address or phone number
Click Next
Choose Forgot password
Enter the last password you remember
Follow the verification steps
Use your recovery phone number if prompted
Use your recovery email if prompted
Enter the verification code sent to you
Answer any security questions if asked
Create a new password
Sign in with the new password
Update your recovery phone number and recovery email after signing in
