Check the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app

Select the videos
Tap Recover

Set up the iPhone again
Choose Restore from iCloud Backup

Connect the iPhone to a Mac or PC
Open Finder on Mac or iTunes on Windows or older macOS
Select the iPhone
Choose Restore Backup
Select the backup that contains the videos
Check the Files app
Open Files
Browse iCloud Drive or On My iPhone
Look for saved video files
Check third-party apps
Open apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Photos, or Dropbox
Look for saved or backed-up videos
Use a data recovery tool
Connect the iPhone to a computer
Run a trusted iPhone recovery app
Scan for deleted videos
Recover the found files
Check shared albums
Open Photos
Tap Shared Albums
Look for the missing videos
Check iCloud Photos on another device
Sign in with the same Apple ID
Open Photos
Look for the videos in iCloud Photos
Contact Apple Support if the videos are still missing
