Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat
Go to Tools
Select Redact
Mark the text or content you want to remove
Use Mark for Redaction
Repeat for all items you want to redact
Click Apply
Confirm the redaction
Save the redacted file as a new PDF
Use Sanitize Document if you want to remove hidden data
Review the final PDF before sharing
