Open the PDF in a PDF editor that supports redaction
Select the redaction tool
Mark the text, images, or areas you want to remove
Review all marked content carefully
Apply the redaction to permanently remove the selected content
Save the redacted PDF as a new file
Verify the redacted areas cannot be recovered
Remove hidden metadata if the editor offers that option
Flatten the PDF if needed to prevent editing of redacted content
