Open the PDF in the Files app, Mail, or another app that supports Markup
Tap the Share button
Tap Markup
Tap the plus button
Tap Signature
Create a new signature or select a saved one
Drag the signature to the desired location
Resize the signature if needed
Tap Done
Save or share the signed PDF
