If the number shows as private, unknown, or blocked, redialing it directly is not possible
Contact your carrier and ask whether they can trace or reveal blocked incoming numbers

Save the number if the caller later reveals it and call back normally
Ask the caller to disable caller ID blocking before calling again
Use call-blocking or spam-filtering features if the private number is unwanted
