Press F9 to send and receive mail
Click Send/Receive on the ribbon
Select Send/Receive All Folders
Right-click the mailbox or folder and choose Update Folder
Restart Outlook
Check your internet connection
Sign out and sign back in
Update Outlook to the latest version
Repair the Outlook data file if needed
Clear the Outlook cache if needed
