Preheat the oven to 250°F to 300°F
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil
Add a splash of water, broth, or barbecue sauce before sealing if desired
Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet
Reheat for 20 to 30 minutes for a full rack
Reheat for 15 to 20 minutes for smaller portions
Check that the ribs are heated through to 165°F
Unwrap the ribs carefully
Brush with barbecue sauce if desired
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes for a caramelized finish if desired
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving
