If the auction has less than 12 hours left, you can only retract a bid in limited cases
Go to eBay’s Bid Retraction page
Sign in to your eBay account
Select the listing you bid on
Choose the reason for retracting the bid
Submit the bid retraction request
If the bid cannot be retracted, wait for the auction to end and contact the seller immediately
If you win the item, you are usually expected to complete the purchase
For future auctions, review the item details carefully before bidding
