Open the eBay app or website
Go to My eBay
Select Selling
Find the item with the offer you want to retract
Open the offer details
Check whether the offer has already been accepted
If the offer is still pending, select Retract Offer or Cancel Offer
Confirm the retraction
If no retract option appears, contact the buyer or eBay support immediately
If the offer was accepted, follow eBay’s cancellation or order cancellation process instead
