Open Facebook and log in to your account
Go to Settings & privacy
Click Settings
Select Blocking
Find the person you want to unblock
Click Unblock next to their name
Confirm the action
If needed, send them a new friend request again
If you were blocked by someone else, wait for them to unblock you
If you are blocked from a Page or group, contact the Page or group admin
If your account is restricted, review Facebook’s Help Center and complete any required verification
