Rinse the stain immediately with cold water
Blot the stain gently with a clean cloth
Apply a small amount of liquid laundry detergent
Rub the fabric lightly against itself or with a soft brush
Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes
Rinse again with cold water
Repeat the process if needed
For stubborn stains, apply hydrogen peroxide to white or colorfast fabrics
Rinse thoroughly after using hydrogen peroxide
Wash the clothing in cold water
Check the stain before drying
Repeat treatment before drying if any stain remains
Air dry the clothing after the stain is removed
