Go to the Wynk Music or Hello Tunes section
Select the active caller tune
Tap Deactivate or Stop Caller Tune
Confirm the deactivation
Send STOP to 543211
Wait for the confirmation SMS
Call 543211 from your Airtel number
Follow the IVR instructions to deactivate the caller tune
Contact Airtel customer care
Request caller tune deactivation
Restart your phone after deactivation if the caller tune still plays
