Turn off or unplug devices on the affected circuit
Locate the breaker panel
Find the breaker that is in the tripped position
Move the breaker fully to the OFF position
Move the breaker firmly back to the ON position
Check whether power is restored
If it trips again, leave it off and contact a licensed electrician
