Soak feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes

Wear properly fitting shoes with enough room for toes
Use cushioned socks or insoles to reduce pressure
Avoid cutting or shaving the callus with sharp tools
Repeat gentle exfoliation regularly
Keep feet dry and clean
See a podiatrist if the callus is painful, cracked, infected, or keeps returning
