Open WhatsApp
Go to the Updates tab
Find the channel you want to remove
Open the channel
Tap the channel name or info at the top
Tap Unfollow
Confirm if prompted
If you want to hide it from your list, unfollow every channel you no longer want to see
If the channel was created by you, delete the channel from its settings or admin options
